Celebrating Oneness of Nations

The United Nations, or UN as it is known, is an organization that focuses on maintaining peace, security, and good relations among member nations around the world. The UN is the largest and most powerful intergovernmental organization.
On October 24, 1945, 51 countries came together to create the United Nations, or the U.N.. Its purpose was to promote peace and cooperation around the world. Today the United Nations is an organization made up of 193 countries, almost every nation in the world!

An annual month-long series of events held throughout October, commemorates the anniversary of the signing of the UN charterThis celebration acts as a reminder of the importance of diversity, culture, and the spirit of brotherhood.
Celebrating the unity of nations around the world is very important since we can gain allies or friends for upcoming problems of our country. They can help us, and we can help them too.

Whatever culture, color, or language, we celebrate the UN month as one.
